Just let me live in the forest forever.

I’ve got nothing to do today but smile.

Monday ft pink highlighter pants.

• such a good day, spent silly amounts of time in chapters pouring over all the British Columbia travel guides and little knick knacks around the store.

• purchased a book I stood there reading for twenty minutes, Wanderlust by Elisabeth Eaves. So far so great, it’s easy to get wrapped up into her stories.

•need to use my phone less, going to get rid of some accounts i.e. Pinterest(time stealer), Instagram and whatever else. Never Tumblr tho

• need to work harder at staying on top of everything and not letting little things stand in my way. Netflix isn’t as important as being outside and learning things. Or doing the stinky dishes

• on the hunt for “how to live in the woods” because I need to learn everything I can.

• Yoga tonight, first night in months but it was so excellent. Just the perfect cherry on top of my already great day.

• before you get out of bed in the morning: smile, take 5 deep breaths, set your intentions for the day, and forgive yourself for yesterday’s mistakes.

Remember: the time you feel lonely is the time you most need to be by yourself. Life’s cruelest irony.

If you’re reading this…
Congratulations, you’re alive.
If that’s not something to smile about,
then I don’t know what is.

5 things to do before you get out of bed:
1. express gratitude
2. set your intentions for the day
3. take five long deep breaths in & out
4. smile for no reason just flex the muscle
5. forgive yourself for yesterdays mistakes

The person who broke you can’t be the one to fix you. Remember that.
